Readers need answer three questions to understand coroner fraud

Are your county's tax payers protected against coroner fraud? There's only two questions to ask. Each helps to reveal coroner fraud in your county.
  1. For cleaning help, does your county coroner openly, conspicuously disprove of coroner employee referrals to private cleaning companies?
  2. For cleaning services, does your coroner direct bereaved families to telephone books and/or the Internet.
  3. For cleaning purposes, do coroner's employees refuse to offer referrals to cleaning companies?

If you know for a fact "Yes" answers all three above questions, your coroner's department remains free from coroner fraud.

Coroner Fraud

Your coroner's department hosts thieves. These thieves receive a county paycheck every other week. In the meantime, they steal from Orange County's families and businesses.

They steal by sending unsuspecting families and businesses to unethical cleaning companies. These companies clean after death.

Homicide, suicide, and unattended deaths with decomposition cleanup returns thousands of dollars. Imagine the money unethical cleaning companies return to our county employees for sending victims of crime to their corrupt businesses.

Coroner fraud against victims is stealing from the helpless by any other name. There are three types of stealing from grieving families and tax payers by coroner fraud:

  1. Corrupt companies charge families and businesses more for cleaning then honest companies.
  2. Grieving families pay for county employee's kickback from corrupt cleaning company.
  3. Numbers 1 and 2 above cause honest companies to go bankrupt. Thus, those in need of honest company's must go to corrupt companies. This amounts to county corruption stealing from tax payers.

I know because I do not receive work for cleaning after death in Orange County. I know because I've offered my reduced prices for homicide, suicide, and unattended death cleanup for over 9 years in Orange County.

I now because i have a very large presence on our Orange County Internet as Biosafe, as Crime Scene Cleanup, as Orange County Crime Scene Cleanup, and as other biohazard cleanup companies.

  1. What's a 63 year-old man's (Eddie Evans) incentive to use his time and money for creating a public fiction?
  2. What's a coroner employee's incentive to send grieving families to corrupt cleaning companies?
  3. What's a corrupt cleaning company's incentive to give money to coroner's employees?

Coroner fraud in Orange County, California is alive and well. It takes place daily. If it did not, eventually my telephone would ring for service in Orange County. But my telephone does not ring to clean after homicides, suicides, and unattended deaths in Orange County.

My telephone does ring to cleanup in other counties and states. So I have proof that people in need of my services do use the Internet for finding my services. An inescapable truth arises by inference, induction, or whatever, coroner fraud takes place in our county.

I should add that I own the domain name crimescenecleanup.com and I do business as Crime Scene Cleanup. You would think, with so many dominant, organic web sites, I would get at least 1 call from OC for help per year, but not so.

Among my domain names I own Orange County Crime Scene Cleanup and Orange County Blood Cleanup. I also own Orange County Suicide Cleanup and Orange County Trauma Cleanup. Besides these domains and web sites with their many web pages, I own Biosafe, which Google ranks well on suicide cleanup, blood cleanup, and biohazard cleanup in Orange County Internet searches.    Two employee positions most prominent in coroner fraud.

  1. Coroner's investigators have close, confidential contact with families victimized by homicide, suicide, and unattended deaths with decompositions. During their contacts with families, corrupt coroner's employees use this contact privilege to monopolize cleaning company referrals. A simple, short list of preferred cleaning companies rewards these coroner's employees.
  2. Clerical staff in contact with grieving family members also have an opportunity to abuse their privileged position. They may also direct grieving family members to their preferred biohazard cleanup companies.

Coroner fraud has a history. In Orange County this history pre-dates 9/11/01. In Orange County this history remains below tax payers' radar for local government corruption. Aliso Viejo residents deserve betteer.
